Jenny Evans of Dublin, GA (31021), daughter of Bruce Wilkes Evans and Carol Palmer Evans received a Associate in Arts from Oxford College of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, at its 163rd commencement ceremony on May 12, 2008.
